Swan Vinyl Works provides custom aftermarket automotive products. The installation, application, use, and removal of these products are executed entirely at the customer’s own risk. Under no circumstances shall Swan Vinyl Works, its owner, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. This limitation of liability strictly applies to, but is not limited to, any damage caused to a vehicle’s paint, clear coat, clear bra, plastics, trim, or any other interior or exterior component. It is the customers sole responsibility to determine if the surface they are applying our product to is fit for an adhesive based product.

2. ORDER PROCESSING, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the highly specialized nature of our business, all products are made to order. Consequently, all sales are final. Swan Vinyl Works does not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been submitted and production has commenced. By placing an order through swanvinylworks.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this strictly enforced, non-refundable policy.

3. REPLACEMENT POLICY

We understand that application errors or unforeseen issues may arise during the installation process. In the event a customer experiences an issue with their order, Swan Vinyl Works extends a courtesy accommodation, offering a replacement of the exact product at a 50% discount off the original retail price. To initiate a discounted replacement, the customer must contact our support channel providing proof of the original purchase and evidence of the issue.

4. BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND SERVICE CONSISTENCY

By engaging with swanvinylworks.com, you acknowledge and understand that this business is a sole proprietorship managed and operated by a single individual on a limited schedule. As a direct result of these operational constraints, customer service response times, order processing, and shipping schedules may be subject to delays or inconsistencies. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or perfectly consistent operational timelines.

5. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Swan Vinyl Works reserves the absolute and unqualified right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or terminate business relationships with any individual, entity, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
